About OPP®
History
OPP® is Europe’s second largest business psychology consultancy. With over 15 years experience, we help clients throughout Europe to optimise their effectiveness at individual, team and organisational levels. To support this, we provide: Psychometric Instruments; Certification, qualification and application training; Consultancy services.
OPP was founded in 1988 by CEO and Chairman Robert McHenry. In January 2003, OPP bought IPAT, the USA-based Institute for Personality and Ability Testing Inc, which has offices in Chicago and Champaign. This strengthened OPP’s offering to North America, the Far East, Australia and Asia Pacific.
OPP has its headquarters in Oxford, and offices in Ireland, Scotland, Belgium, Denmark, France, and The Netherlands. We have European partners in Finland, Germany, Italy, Norway, Spain and Sweden and distributors worldwide.
